Herbalife Nutrition guarantees the quality of all products carrying the Herbalife Nutrition name. We are confident you will be completely satisfied with every purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or product exchange. Contact us at info@zertak.com or via WhatsApp to start the process.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted. You will be asked to return:
- The unused portion of the product, or
- The original product labels, or
- The empty product containers
along with proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@zertak.com with a photo. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged or incorrect products: return shipping covered by us
- Change of mind: return shipping at the customer's expense
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Right of Withdrawal
